Erik W. Powalie is President and Owner of Powalie & Associates, Inc.  He is a South Carolina State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser.  Erik has been providing residential appraisals in Myrtle Beach, North Myrtle Beach, Surfside Beach, Garden City, Murrells Inlet, Pawleys Island, Conway, Carolina Forest, and other surrounding areas since 1997. Growing up in Myrtle Beach, Erik has twenty-five years of local knowledge.  Over the years, he has gained experienced knowledge of the local market, including extensive work on upper end properties on the Grand Strand.
